TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMS

DIPLOMA IN INDUSTRIAL PHARMACY                 PROGRAM CODE: IP2100

Duration: Three semesters – 52 weeks                    

Teaching Method: Instructor-led and practical

Admission requirements: 

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or 12th Grade (equivalent or Higher) with advanced standing in Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English
  • A preferable TOEFL Score of 500 (PBT, paper based) or 170 (CBT, computer based); or IELTS overall score of 5.5, with no single test score below 5.0 or MELAB score of 65; or English studies at the advanced level
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Bachelors degree in Science or Pharmacy
  • An entrance assessment and interview may be required for mature students
Objective: The Industrial Pharmacy course is a unique PG program that provides education, understanding & extensive GXP compliance skills and trouble shooting techniques required for well controlled   pharmaceutical manufacturing environments in North America and worldwide. The course modules are designed to provide the theoretical introduction to the essentials of the pharmaceutical sciences, manufacturing methods, quality assurance roles, current high-quality manufacturing practices and theoretical exposure to the quality control tools.
